MacArthur parents are involved in all aspects of their children’s education and give in many different and meaningful ways. The fundraisers the PTA sponsors take time to organize and run. However, they help us do so much for everyone at the school, including:
For Students — Plays and transportation for each grade level to attend either First Stage Theater or Schauer Center Theater, Curriculum Enrichment Events, Book Giveaway, Reflections Program, Spirit Wear, Scholastic Book Fair, Dare Graduation, Fifth Grade Farewell and Camp Minikani, and school improvements such as document cameras, small mice, new playground equipment
For Families — School Directory, New Family Welcome Event, MacCarnival, Spaghetti Dinner, School Pak, Yearbooks
For Teachers and Staff — Teacher Grants for classroom enrichment tools for everything from iPads, Document Cameras to Guitars, Ukuleles, Teacher Conference Dinners, Teacher Appreciation Week, and Yearly Classroom Donations
